How do I track my order?
Once dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can input this tracking number into the couriers website to find your item.
What are your delivery options?
Delivery options can be chosen upon checkout.
We offer standard shipping or 1st Class.
How do I return an item?
If the product is not quite right for you, there is a return option in your original order confirmation that will guide you through everything you need to return your item.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, international delivery costs will be calculated at checkout once your address has been inputted.
What is your returns policy?
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Ohh Corey pieces. If the sizing isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Our team will inspect the product, once passed a refund will be issued.
As our products are limited and carefully produced, we currently only accept returns for incorrect sizing and manufacture faults. Please double-check sizing guides before ordering, and if you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.
